How do I determine the right size for my riding gear?
We provide a detailed size guide on each product page. Since safety gear requires a snug yet comfortable fit, we recommend measuring your chest, waist, and inseam while wearing your usual base layers.
Are your leather jackets and pants CE-certified?
Yes, all our technical riding gear meets or exceeds CE safety standards. We use high-grade cowhide leather and integrated armor in high-impact zones to ensure maximum protection.
How long does shipping take for my order?
Standard domestic shipping typically takes 3-5 business days. International orders can take 7-14 business days depending on your location and customs processing.
What is your return policy for helmets and safety gear?
We offer a 30-day return policy for unused items in their original packaging with tags attached. Please note that for safety reasons, helmets must not have been worn on a ride and must include the protective visor film.
Do you offer a warranty on your products?
Yes, Bikers Wear provides a 1-year limited warranty against manufacturing defects on all apparel and accessories. This does not cover normal wear and tear or damage from accidents.
How should I clean and maintain my leather gear?
We recommend using a specialized leather cleaner and conditioner every 3-6 months. Avoid machine washing; instead, wipe down with a damp cloth and let it air dry away from direct heat sources.
